In the sign-up section you must fill out all the fields (FB profile, Amazon profile, e-mail, for PayPal purposes). This is very important for fast and proper communication with you when urgent questions arise.
Once you have finished registering (sign-up) you can start browsing the items in the "Products" section and choose what you would like to order. You will need to click on the green, “Subscribe” button, to select an item. Once you click the button it will automatically become red and read “Unsubscribe”. This means that you can remove the item if you change your mind. You will be able to see all your selected items in the “Wish list” section. This section will show you the item and the date when it was selected. The “Wish list” section remains active until the item runs out of stock or it is purchased by you. Then the item will disappear from the wish list section.
Every day at midnight the program selects the items among the people who subscribed to them and creates a mailing list in FB messenger and the provided e-mails. In FB you will receive a reminder four times a day, in case that you have not fulfilled the purchase. If you were chosen by the program on your subscribed item, it will appear in the section “Orders”. In this “Orders” section you will be able to see all the information about the product.
It is important to be extremely careful at the time of purchase. Double check always the price of the item(s), the picture(s) and the seller’s name. Read and follow any additional instructions at the time of purchase (such us which colors, models, etc. are available). Once you have made the purchase you must enter the provided order ID in the “Purchased” section. If you buy a product but do not follow these instructions, you “just bought the item for yourself”, outside the program. Also, if you did not purchase a product on the date that you were selected, the item then has expired for you. Therefore, be careful and always follow the instructions during the proper timing of the offer. If you were selected for the offer but you have changed your mind about buying, then refuse it by clicking the appropriate button. In this case you are refusing all the purchases for this day, if you were opting to by two or more goods.
In the “Actions” section there will be something you have to do about each purchased item. Seven days after having received your product(s) you will have to activate the “Actions” button in order to perform the required action. When you press the Go to Actions button, you will be able to see the requested action. This action must be done within three days otherwise you will be blocked from subscribing from any new items until you have complied with the requested action. Once the action has been completed you regain access to the full program.
Once you have received an item you must confirm that you received your purchased item by clicking the “Is Delivery Completed?” button, this action will schedule your reimbursement within seven days. In case that you don’t receive the item request amazon refund (also let us know about it).
It will take place seven days after receival confirmation. This is allotting time to confirm the orders fulfillment with the seller and to properly schedule reimbursement. The reimbursement is made to your PayPal address (which you provided at registration). Once the program has transferred the money to you then you will receive a message (FB messenger) with the information about which product is being reimbursed, what amount for each item (if more than one item was ordered), and the total amount of money, as applicable. Also, in our “Paid Date” section you will be able to see the reimbursement information for each item.
1) Subscribe to the helper-bot. You will receive all the information about the goods in your messenger
2) Go to the section “Products” and choose the products that interest you by clicking on the button “Subscribe!”
3) The program will automatically assign you a date and the selected product in 24 hours and will send a message to messenger.
4) After receiving your goods, you must mark its delivery in the section “Orders”, in the field “Is Delivery Completed?” by pressing the “Yes” button.
5) You will receive the payment for purchased goods within 14 days.
